Most of our calls receive a same-day response. Depending on your location and time of day, we can often arrive within 60–90 minutes of your call. For planned maintenance, next-day appointments are always available throughout the Albuquerque metro.

Just tell us your vehicle’s year, make, and model; a brief description of the issue; and your location (neighborhood or address is fine). That’s enough for us to give you an accurate quote and confirm availability.

We do ask that someone 18+ is present during the service for authorization and payment purposes. However, you don’t need to watch or be involved — you can continue working inside, or simply be available when we arrive and when we’re done.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and most digital payment methods. Payment is collected after the job is completed to your satisfaction — you never pay upfront for labor. Parts may require a deposit for special-order items.

In rare cases where a repair requires specialized equipment or a part that needs to be ordered, we’ll diagnose the issue, explain clearly what’s needed, and schedule a follow-up as soon as the part arrives. We’ll always be upfront about what can and cannot be done on-site.
